These chocolate chip cookies without brown sugar are the best homemade chocolate chip cookies you will ever eat!

– Salted butter – White sugar – Honey – Vanilla extract  – Egg yolk – All-purpose white flour – Chocolate chips *all ingredients below

STEP 1

Preheat the oven to 350°. Melt butter. Combine butter, sugar, honey, vanilla and egg yolk.

STEP 2

Beat until combined. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix with beater initially and then switch to mixing by hand.

STEP 3

Dough will form crumbles and you can press them into a full ball of dough. Mix in chocolate chips by hand.

STEP 4

Roll dough into smaller balls. Small cookies: cook 9-11 minutes at 350°. Large cookies: cook 11-13 minutes at 350°.

STEP 5

Allow cookies to cool on baking tray for at least 20-30 minutes. Store in airtight container. They also freeze well.
