These coconut pecan cookies are super soft and decadent and with the addition of white chocolate chips, you are in for the perfect treat.

– Salted butter – Vanilla extract – All-purpose white flour – Chopped pecans – Sweetened shredded coconut – White chocolate chips

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Melt butter. In a bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar. Beat until combined.

Add egg and vanilla extract. Beat until thoroughly combined. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until dough forms. Add pecans, coconut and white chocolate chips.

Roll dough into 12 evenly shaped, round dough balls and place on lined baking sheet.

Bake 15-17 minutes at 350°F. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for at least 10-15 minutes. Do not over bake.

Once they cool, they will be soft and delicious!
