INGREDIENTS

– Ice – Empress 1908 Gin – Lemon juice – Honey syrup – Garnish: Sugar Rim *all ingredients below

Combine Empress 1908 Gin, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger in cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously, pour into martini glass or over ice.

Coat martini glass rim with honey and dip in colored sugar.
