Halloween Cake Popsicles

Need cakesicle filling ideas and cakesicle flavors to make a scary mummy, pumpkin, Frankenstein, witch, ghoul or goblin? I got you!

INGREDIENTS

– Cake mix  – Cake frosting – Melting chocolate wafers  *all ingredients below

Make cake of choice and allow to cool. In a bowl, crumble cake with your hands. Add frosting and fully mix. Set aside.

In a microwave safe bowl, place ½ cup candy melts. Microwave until fully melted.

In cake popsicle mold, spoon about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate.

Place in freezer until chocolate is hardened. Roll cakesicle cake mixture into oval balls.

Press cake mixture into cakesicle mold. Insert cakesicle sticks into cake popsicle mold.

Spoon ½ teaspoon melted chocolate on top of each cakesicle. Spread evenly with a knife.

Place Halloween cake popsicles back in freezer until chocolate is fully hardened.

Use a combination of chocolate drizzle, edible sparkles or sprinkles to decorate Cake Popsicles.
