Bacon Aioli

easy and delicious recipe!

This rich and creamy bacon aioli recipe is the ticket! Make homemade from scratch or an easy shortcut version, both less than 10 minutes. 👉


– Egg  – Lemon juice – Dijon mustard – Bacon grease – Garlic  *all ingredients below

Step 1

In food processor, add egg and blend thoroughly for at least 30 seconds.

Step 2

Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard and continue to blend for another 30-60 seconds.

Step 3

Scrape the sides of the food processor. Start to slowly add the bacon grease, blending between each addition.

Step 4

Continue slowly until you have added about ¼ cup of bacon grease.

Step 5

Once the mixture begins to thicken, you can increase to a thin stream of bacon grease until the remaining bacon grease has been added.

Step 6

If the mixture gets too thick, add a teaspoon of water if needed. Add finely minced garlic. Mix thoroughly.

Step 7

Add any additional salt or lemon juice to your taste. Mix thoroughly.
