Ingredients

– Lion's Mane mushroom – Panko breadcrumbs – Old bay seasoning – Lemon wedges – Mayonnaise  *all ingredients below

Step 1

Hand shred Lion's Mane Mushroom into small pieces resembling texture of flakey crab.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, old bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Mix until fully incorporated. Mix in Lion's Mane Mushroom until fully incorporated.

Step 4

Mix in Panko breadcrumbs until fully incorporated. Form mixture into 3-4 equal size round flat patties.

Step 5

Heat oil in sauté pan. Cook patties for 2-3 minutes per side. Should be golden brown and cooked throughout.

Step 6

 Add optional garnish, squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
