How to Make Oreo Cheesecake Bites

Easy no bake Oreo dessert on a delicious Oreo crust. These simple cheesecake bites are the perfect dessert for holiday party!

– Oreos – Melted butter – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar – Vanilla extract – Heavy whipping cream *all ingredients below

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1

In food processor, rough chop 5 Oreos and setaside for topping. Rough chop 7 Oreos and setaside for filling.

STEP 2

In food processor, finely chop 12 Oreos and set aside for crust. Melt butter and mix with 12 finely chopped Oreos.

STEP 3

Line cupcake tray with 12 cupcake liners. Fill 12 cupcake liners with equal amounts butter/Oreo mixture.

STEP 4

Press down to flatten. In food processor, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream. Mix well.

STEP 5

Hand mix in 7 chopped Oreos. On top of Oreo crust, fill 12 cupcake liners with equal amounts creamy Oreo mixture.

STEP 6

Top with remaining 5 chopped Oreos. Refrigerate for 1 hour. These also freeze well.
