Peanut Butter Whiskey

Peanut butter whiskey is absolutely delicious and great in so many cocktails!

INGREDIENTS

– Whiskey or bourbon – Unsalted all natural peanut butter *all ingredients below

Stir peanut butter so thoroughly mixed. Measure and pour whiskey into one bowl.

Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds. Pour peanut butter into whiskey and stir.

Cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit at room temperature for 4 hours.

Place nut milk bag into a bowl. Pour mixture into nut milk bag. Cover and freeze overnight.

Remove from freezer. Skim any fat solids from the top. Repeat steps to separate out any solids.

Skim any remaining fat solids. Repeat process as necessary. Store in refrigerator.
