These delicious smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends will get you juicy, crispy and flavorful perfection!

– Pork belly  – Barbecue seasoning – Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet N Spicy Barbecue Sauce – Japanese Barbecue Sauce  *all ingredients below

STEP 1

Preheat your smoker to 275° F. Evenly season pork belly with barbeque seasoning. Allow to rest 30 minutes.

STEP 2

Place the pork belly pieces in the smoker and smoke for 1 hour. Remove the pork belly burnt ends and place in a bowl.

STEP 3

Drizzle with barbeque sauce and honey and mix. Make a double layer foil pouch. Move pork belly burnt ends into pouch.

STEP 4

Place butter slices on top and close foil pouch. Place the foil pouch in the smoker and smoke for another 1 hour.

STEP 5

Remove foil pouch, transfer to a bowl, mix and enjoy your delicious smoked pork belly burnt ends.
