Use handheld milk frother (or whisk) until fluffy and thick.
Cold Brew Coffee with Cold Foam
Fill glass with ice and cold brew coffee.
Top with pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Tips:
Thickness: If you prefer a "foamier" lighter cold foam, you can alter ratio of heavy cream to milk. Increase the amount of regular milk and decrease heavy cream accordingly. If you prefer a more creamy think cold foam, omit the milk and just use heavy cream.
Substitutions:
Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.).
Sweetened Condensed Milk: Can use vanilla syrup if you don't have sweetened condensed milk.
Pumpkin Pie Spice: You can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
