  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cold Brew Coffee

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee

  • Use handheld milk frother (or whisk) until fluffy and thick.

Cold Brew Coffee with Cold Foam

  • Fill glass with ice and cold brew coffee.
  • Top with pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

Tips:
  • Thickness: If you prefer a "foamier" lighter cold foam, you can alter ratio of heavy cream to milk. Increase the amount of regular milk and decrease heavy cream accordingly. If you prefer a more creamy think cold foam, omit the milk and just use heavy cream.
Substitutions:
  • Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.).
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: Can use vanilla syrup if you don't have sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: You can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
