Add honey (or sweetener of choice) and cardamom to your cup or mug.
Prepare espresso and add to cup. Stir to combine espresso, honey and cardamom.
Froth your milk of choice.
Add milk to espresso mixture. Enjoy!
Milk Options: Whole milk or 2% milk work best for frothing. You can also use half and half or fat free but forth consistency will vary. For a dairy free or vegan latte, you can use a non-dairy milk such as soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk or oat milk.
Sweetener: Honey, maple syrup, agave, brown sugar, white sugar, monk fruit or other sweetener of choice.
