  • Food Processor or Blender


  • 12 large medjool dates
  • 3 tablespoon water (hot or boiling)


  • Remove all pits from your medjool dates.
  • Combine medjool dates and water in food processor or blender. 
  • Blend until smooth jam consistency.
  • Transfer date jam to air-tight container or glass jar. Store in refrigerator.
