Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 6 Potato Skins
  • Sour Cream Optional
  • Chives Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 360°
  • Arrange potato skins in fryer basket leaving room so they do not touch each other.
  • Cook for approximately 10-15 minutes on 360°
  • Depending on your air fryer, the size of your fryer basket and amount of potato skins in the basket, you cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until you reach your desired level of crispness as needed.
  • Note: When the potato skins are done cooking, the tops will look very crispy. Take a fork and mix around the cheese.

Notes

Notes:
Pre-Heating Air Fryer: I recommend pre-heating air fryer. However, if you choose not to pre-heat, add about 3-4 minutes to your cook time. Check for crispiness at the end of your cook time and add additional cook time as needed until your potato skins reach desired level of crispiness.
TGI Friday's Potato Skins: Follow same cooking instructions.
