Air Fryer Banana (Caramelized Bananas Foster Style!)

These air fryer bananas are quick, easy and delicious. Air fried caramelized cinnamon bananas make the best air fryer banana dessert or breakfast topping! Try these with some yogurt and granola and you are in business.

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin spice
  • 2 teaspoon white sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large bananas (sliced into rounds or lengthwise) Banana should not be hard or mushy, you want in between.

Instructions

  • In small bowl, melt butter in microwave (about 30 seconds).
  • Add bananas to bowl. Coat with butter.
  • In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon (or pumpkin spice) mixture. Sprinkle over bananas. Mix to coat evenly.
  • Place bananas in air fryer basket.
  • Air fry bananas on 400° for 4 minutes (no preheating necessary).

Notes

These air fryer bananas are delicious served over ice cream for dessert or on top of yogurt with granola for breakfast.
