Notes

Notes:
Pre-Heating Air Fryer: I recommend pre-heating air fryer. However, if you choose not to pre-heat, add about 3-4 minutes to your cook time. Check for crispiness at the end of your cook time and add additional cook time as needed until your dumplings, potstickers, gyoza or wontons reach desired level of crispiness.
Dumpling, Potsticker, Gyoza and Wonton Brands: Any brand of frozen dumplings, wontons, gyoza, potstickers and shu mai works well with this recipe.
Good brands to look out for are Chung's Potstickers, Pagoda Pork or Chicken Potstickers, Tai Pei Gyoza/Potstickers, Costco, Trader Joe’s Gyoya Potstickers, Bibigo, Ajinomoto, Wei Chuan, Feel Good Foods, Ling Ling, InnovAsian and Shirakiku.
Dipping Sauce Ideas:
  • Bang Bang Sauce: a sweet and spicy mayonnaise based dipping sauce.
  • Chili Crisp: a delicious Asian sauce packed with spicy umami flavor!
  • Eel Sauce: the perfect combination of sweet, salty and umami.
  • Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
