Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 10 frozen chicken tenders
  • Cooking spray Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 360°
  • Optional: Lightly spray chicken tenders with cooking spray. Cooking spray is optional. However, cooking spray helps the chicken tenders from sticking to each other if you are cooking a larger batch.
  • Arrange frozen chicken tenders in fryer basket leaving room so they do not touch each other.
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes on 360°
  • Depending on your air fryer, the size of your fryer basket and amount of frozen chicken tenders in the basket, you can shake the basket and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until you reach your desired level of crispness as needed. You can also increase the temperature to 400° for the last 1-2 minutes for extra crispy. Be careful not the burn.

Notes

Notes:
Pre-Heating Air Fryer: I recommend pre-heating air fryer. However, if you choose not to pre-heat, add about 3-4 minutes to your cook time. Check for crispiness at the end of your cook time and add additional cook time as needed until your chicken tenders reach desired level of crispiness.
