  • Food processor or food mallet


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (16 oz)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon powdered cardamom
  • cup roasted salted pistachios (rough chop)


  • Chop pistachios - rough chop in food processor or using food mallet.
  • Whip heavy whipping cream until light peaks form.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk, cardamom and chopped pistachios,
  • Lightly blend to stir in remaining ingredients. Do not over whip.
