Blackstone Potatoes

These Blackstone potatoes are easy and delicious! Potatoes on Blackstone are a great breakfast option and also perfect for a crowd as a side dish at that summer barbeque, 4th of July, Game Day or backyard party!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds potatoes, cubed (½ inch)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red or green pepper, diced (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) use more oil as needed
  • 1-2 teaspoons seasoning of choice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
  • In medium bowl, toss diced potatoes, onions and peppers with 2 tablespoons oil and seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
  • Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
  • Place potatoes on Blackstone and spread them out in one even layer.
  • Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes (stir every few minutes) or until potatoes are soft with a crispy exterior.
  • Remove Blackstone potatoes from griddle and enjoy!
