    • Potatoes: Russet, baby, fingerling, red or yellow potatoes.
    • Onion: Sweet, yellow or red onion (sweet is my favorite).
    • Peppers: Red, green, yellow orange peppers (optional).
    • Oil: Vegetable, canola, olive oil or any oil of choice. High smoke point is best.
    • Seasonings of Choice: See recommendations below.
    • Kosher Salt

    How to cook Blackstone Potatoes

    1. Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
    2. In medium bowl, toss diced potatoes, onions and peppers with 2 tablespoons oil and seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
    3. Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat. Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
    4. Place potatoes on Blackstone and spread them out in one even layer.
    5. Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes (stir every few minutes) or until potatoes are soft with a crispy exterior.
    6. Remove Blackstone potatoes from griddle and enjoy!

    • 1 small onion, diced
    • 1 red or green pepper, diced (optional)
