Salt pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Montreal steak seasoning or barbecue seasoning are also fun options.
Can you put frozen hamburger in air fryer?
Yes! You can put your frozen hamburgers directly in the air fryer basket or Ninja Foodi air fryer.
The air fryer is a very powerful cooking tool and through the circulation of air and heat, it will transform your frozen burger patties into cooked and juicy in no time!
Can you put aluminum foil in the air fryer?
Yes, you can put aluminum foil in the air fryer or Ninja Foodi. For frozen burgers in the air fryer, aluminum foil is optional.
No aluminum foil generally allows the air to circulate better which provides for faster cooking. However, using aluminum foil with air fryer frozen hamburgers does cut down on mess and clean up time.
Do I need to defrost my frozen burgers before cooking in air fryer?
No! You can put your frozen hamburgers directly into the air fryer basket. No need to defrost. Less mess and no touching messy raw burger meat. Win win!

I tried this recipe last night and it was so moist. I used the Western Family brand frozen burgers I just picked up on sale and added the bun for the last 4 minutes. Perfecto, easier and fast clean up. We topped ours with a little blue cheese. Thank you for sharing. We are having it again tonight and I just made the Bang Bang sauce to go with them.
