Not only do you avoid the mess of deep frying corn dog batter, but the air frying is a much healthier option! You won’t even taste the difference!

You can also use this recipe to make mini frozen corn dogs in the air fryer (corn dog nuggets or corn dog bites), just adjust your corn dog air fryer cook time. Personally, I love Ninja foodie frozen corn dogs of any variety!

Ingredients

Corn Dogs: You can use any brand of corn dogs such as Foster Farms corn dogs, Morning Star corn dogs, Costco corn dogs, Kroger corn dogs or any store brand. They are all generally the same size.
Cooking Spray: Be sure to use an air fryer safe cooking spray. Certain sprays with aerosol are not recommended as they can harm the air fryer basket coating. I prefer using an oil spray mister that I fill with my own oil of choice. It’s a great cost effective option.
Dipping Sauce: Dipping sauce such as ketchup, mustard, relish or barbecue sauce

How to air fry corn dogs

Lightly spray air fryer basket with air fryer safe cooking spray.
Place corn dogs in fryer basket. Do not overfill basket.
On 375°, cook for approximately 8-9 minutes.
Check on your corn dogs and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until you reach your desired level of crispness as needed.

Corn Dog Dipping Sauce Ideas:

Ketchup, mustard, relish and barbeque sauce are popular favorites.
Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wing Sauce (which is really great for dipping everything from chicken wings, to pizza, to tater tots!).
Bang Bang Sauce: a sweet and spicy mayonnaise based dipping sauce.

Corn Dog Brands: You can use any brand of corn dogs such as Foster Farms corn dogs, Morning Star corn dogs, Costco corn dogs, Kroger corn dogs or any store brand.

Mini Frozen Corn Dogs: You can cook mini frozen corn dogs in the air fryer but depending on the size of the mini corn dogs and how many you fit in your basket, start with a cooking time around 6-7 minutes and then check them.
