    Simple food storage tips

Whether you just bought fresh loaves of bread from the supermarket or have leftover garlic toast from your last meal, you definitely need to know how to store them.

Properly stored food can stay edible 3 to 4 days in your fridge and here’s how you do it:

Properly store your food. Always store food in airtight containers before refrigerating them to avoid cross contamination.

Don’t leave leftovers unattended. Leaving leftover food at room temperature for long periods of time can hasten spoilage and promote bacteria build-up.

Always keep it in your fridge. If you’re not eating it, store it in your fridge whether it’s fried chicken or fresh vegetables.

Divide large amounts of food. If you have a lot of leftover food, store them in smaller containers for quick cooling.

Remove stuffing from meats. For poultry or stuffed meats, always remove stuffing before refrigerating.

Consume refrigerated leftovers as soon as possible. Food leftovers can last varying times when refrigerated but can go bad when stored for too long.

Cooking my garlic bread from frozen in the air fryer is awesome! It’s annoying to have to wait for it to defrost and you can’t even tell the difference.
