These Blackstone hashbrowns are easy, delicious and nothing beats that crispy crunch! Hashbrowns on Blackstone are a great breakfast option and also perfect for a crowd as a side dish at that summer barbeque, 4th of July, Game Day or backyard party!

1½ pounds shredded hashbrowns (frozen or fresh) 4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) use more oil as needed 1-2 teaspoons seasoning of choice 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Defrost hash browns (refrigerator overnight is recommended). Pat dry with paper towels to remove any moisture.
Sprinkle hash browns with salt and seasonings of choice, if desired.
Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
Place shredded hash browns on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer, about ⅓ inch thick.
Cook undisturbed for approximately 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until your desired level d crispiness is reached.
Remove Blackstone hash browns from griddle and enjoy!
