These Blackstone hashbrowns are easy, delicious and nothing beats that crispy crunch! Hashbrowns on Blackstone are a great breakfast option and also perfect for a crowd as a side dish at that summer barbeque, 4th of July, Game Day or backyard party!

Ingredients

  • pounds shredded hashbrowns (frozen or fresh)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) use more oil as needed
  • 1-2 teaspoons seasoning of choice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Defrost hash browns (refrigerator overnight is recommended). Pat dry with paper towels to remove any moisture.
  • Sprinkle hash browns with salt and seasonings of choice, if desired.
  • Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
  • Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
  • Place shredded hash browns on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer, about ⅓ inch thick.
  • Cook undisturbed for approximately 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until your desired level d crispiness is reached.
  • Remove Blackstone hash browns from griddle and enjoy!
