Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus (washed and trimmed)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) use more oil as needed
  • 1-2 teaspoons seasoning of choice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Wash and trim asparagus.
  • Drizzle asparagus with oil and sprinkle with salt and seasonings of choice, if desired.
  • Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
  • Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
  • Place asparagus on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer.
  • Cook for approximately 4-6 minutes (flipping as needed), until your desired level crispiness is reached. The thickness of asparagus can vary greatly so thicker asparagus may require additional cook time.
  • Remove Blackstone asparagus from griddle and enjoy!
