4tablespoonsoil (vegetable, canola, olive oil)use more oil as needed
1-2teaspoonsseasoning of choice
1teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Wash and trim asparagus.
Drizzle asparagus with oil and sprinkle with salt and seasonings of choice, if desired.
Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
Place asparagus on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer.
Cook for approximately 4-6 minutes (flipping as needed), until your desired level crispiness is reached. The thickness of asparagus can vary greatly so thicker asparagus may require additional cook time.
Remove Blackstone asparagus from griddle and enjoy!
