- Wash and trim asparagus.
- Drizzle asparagus with oil and sprinkle with salt and seasonings of choice, if desired.
- Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
- Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
- Place asparagus on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer.
- Cook for approximately 4-6 minutes (flipping as needed), until your desired level crispiness is reached. The thickness of asparagus can vary greatly so thicker asparagus may require additional cook time.
- Remove Blackstone asparagus from griddle and enjoy!
