The versatility of fajitas on the Blackstone allows you to customize your meal to suit your preferences, from Blackstone chicken fajitas to Blackstone steak fajitas to Blackstone shrimp fajitas and even vegetarian, there’s something for everyone at the table.

Ingredients
Blackstone Fajitas
- Steak, Chicken or Shrimp
- Onions: Sweet is recommended.
- Bell Peppers: Red, orange, yellow, green or combo.
- Fajita Seasoning: Store bought packet or homemade.
- Oil: High heat oils such as vegetable, grapeseed, safflower, peanut or canola oil work best. Olive oil is also fine but not my top choice.
Fajita Accompaniments
- lime, cilantro, sour cream, tortillas, pico de gallo or salsa, avocado, shredded cheese
How to make fajitas on Blackstone
- Preheat Blackstone griddle flat top to medium-high heat.
- In large bowl, add thinly sliced steak, chicken or shrimp. Lightly drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning. Mix until fully coated.
- In separate bowl, add thinly sliced add bell peppers and onions. Lightly drizzle with 1 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with 1 tablespoons fajita seasoning. Mix until fully coated.
- Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
- Place thinly sliced steak, chicken or shrimp on Blackstone and spread them out in one even single layer.
- In a separate section of the Blackstone griddle, place thinly sliced add bell peppers and onions and spread them out in one even single layer.
- Cook undisturbed for approximately 4-5 minutes. Flip/mix and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes (mix as needed) or until the protein is cooked fully and vegetables are slightly charred. Note: Vegetables and protein may require different cook times so remove each when ready.
- Remove Blackstone fajitas from griddle and enjoy with lime, cilantro, sour cream, torilla, pico de gallo or salsa, avocado and/or shredded cheese.
Homemade Blackstone fajita seasoning:
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- salt to taste

- 4 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) use more oil as needed
