In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, can of tomatoes, diced green chilis and all seasonings (chili powder, salt cumin, Italian seasoning, chili powder, kosher salt, smoked paprika, onion powder and garlic powder) until smooth.
Hand mix in canned corn.
Transfer to cast iron skillet and bake on 350℉. for 30 minutes.
Add grated cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is golden and melted.
Garnish with cilantro, chopped parsley or cilantro and crispy bacon.
