Duncan Hines Red Velvet Cookies
These Duncan Hines cake mix cookies are moist, decadent red velvet cookies that are beautiful AND easy to make. With only 4 ingredients, you can whip these up and have them in the oven in 5 minutes! Duncan Hines red velvet cookies are great on Valentine’s Day or any day of the year!

Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease pan (rub small amount of oil/butter or pan spray).
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil OR melted and 2 eggs.
Mix with hand beater until dough forms.
Add 1 cup (or more if desired) white chocolate chips.
Hand mix in white chocolate chips.
Using cookie scoop , scoop 8 to 12 cookies on to tray. Depending on tray size, leave enough room for cookies to expand. Bake 12-14 minutes.
Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from cookies sheet.
