  • Mixing bowl, 2 large sheet pans, hand beater or stand mixer.

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease pan (rub small amount of oil/butter or pan spray).
  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil OR melted and 2 eggs.
  • Mix with hand beater until dough forms.
  • Add 1 cup (or more if desired) white chocolate chips.
  • Hand mix in white chocolate chips.
  • Using cookie scoop, scoop 8 to 12 cookies on to tray. Depending on tray size, leave enough room for cookies to expand.
  • Bake 12-14 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool for 10-15 minutes before removing from cookies sheet.
