Instructions
Sweet Cream Cold Foam
Combine whipping cream, milk and vanilla syrup.
Use handheld milk frother (or whisk) until fluffy and thick.
Cold Brew Coffee with Cold Foam
Fill glass with ice and cold brew coffee.
Top with sweet cream cold foam and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
Notes
Tips:
Thickness: If you prefer a "foamier" lighter cold foam, you can alter ratio of heavy cream to milk. Increase the amount of regular milk and decrease heavy cream accordingly. If you prefer a more creamy think cold foam, omit the milk and just use heavy cream.
Substitutions:
Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.). Instead of a combination of heavy cream and a second milk, you can also use half and half.
Vanilla Syrup: If you don't have vanilla syrup, you can use a combination of sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract or vanilla extract combined with honey, maple syrup or agave.
