Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso Recipe

  • Prepare espresso and pour into cocktail shaker. 
  • Stir light brown sugar or brown sugar syrup into the espresso while still hot to dissolve. If applicable, add additional sugar or syrup based on the sweetness you enjoy.
  • Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
  • In glass of your choice, pour ingredients over ice and top with oat milk (or your favorite milk of choice).
  • Top with a dash of cinnamon and enjoy with a Healthy Cake Pop!

Substitutions:
  • Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.). Instead of a combination of heavy cream and a second milk, you can also use half and half.
  • Alternative Sweeteners: Honey, maple syrup, agave, brown sugar, white sugar, monk fruit or other sweetener of choice.
