This shaken espresso recipe is perfect to recreate your favorite Starbucks copycat drink! Make the Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso or any of our 10+ iced shaken espresso flavor variations!
Stir light brown sugar or brown sugar syrup into the espresso while still hot to dissolve. If applicable, add additional sugar or syrup based on the sweetness you enjoy.
Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds.
In glass of your choice, pour ingredients over ice and top with oat milk (or your favorite milk of choice).
Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.). Instead of a combination of heavy cream and a second milk, you can also use half and half.
Alternative Sweeteners: Honey, maple syrup, agave, brown sugar, white sugar, monk fruit or other sweetener of choice.
