When Fall rolls around and the pumpkin spice season starts to call, my very first stop is grabbing a Starbucks pumpkin cream cold brew (yes, sometimes a girl needs the drive-through coffee).

However, I also like to be able to make the homemade pumpkin cream cold brew as well! The key of course, is having the perfect pumpkin cream cold foam recipe. Don’t forget about a delicious homemade Starbucks Pumpkin Sauce.

Copycat Starbucks pumpkin cold foam is surprisingly easy to make and even healthier without any processed weird ingredients. Not in the mood for pumpkin? You can also make this Sweet Cream Cold Foam Recipe for a delicious vanilla variation!

Speaking of delicious Fall beverages, you will love this Cardamom Latte and Gingerbread Martini Christmas Cocktail if you are feeling like a nice cocktail!

If you love tea as a caffeine pick-me-up, this Hokkaido Boba Tea and Taro Boba Tea are amazing!

And don’t forget to ring in the Fall season with this festive Fall Charcuterie Board.

    Why this recipe works

    • This copycat Starbucks homemade pumpkin cream cold brew with cold foam is ready in less than 5 minutes! You can keep your ingredient on-hand and even pre-mixed so just pull it out, froth or blend it up, top and go!
    • This pumpkin cold foam recipe tastes as good as Starbucks…I would argue better!
    • Honestly, Fall just doesn’t start until you get some pumpkin spice in your belly. And what better way to do it than a caffeinated beverage!

    Ingredients

    • Heavy Cream: Heavy cream or heavy whipping cream.
    • Milk: You can use fat free, 1% 2%, whole or any alternative milk (almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, pea milk, macadamia nut milk, etc.).
    • Sweetened Condensed Milk: Can use vanilla syrup if you don’t have sweetened condensed milk.
    • Pumpkin Purée: Be sure to use unsweetened pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
    • Vanilla Extract: You can also use vanilla bean paste.
    • Pumpkin Pie Spice: You can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
    • Cold Brew Coffee: You can use a cold brew concentrate and mix with water or you can make coffee and refrigerate until cold.

How to make pumpkin cold foam recipe

    1. Combine whipping cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla.
    2. Use handheld milk frother (or whisk) until fluffy and thick.
    3. Fill glass with ice and cold brew coffee.
    4. Top with pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Thickness: If you prefer a “foamier” lighter cold foam, you can alter ratio of heavy cream to milk. Increase the amount of regular milk and decrease heavy cream accordingly. If you prefer a more creamy think cold foam, omit the milk and just use heavy cream.
