- Sweetened Condensed Milk: Can use vanilla syrup if you don’t have sweetened condensed milk.
- Pumpkin Purée: Be sure to use unsweetened pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
- Vanilla Extract: You can also use vanilla bean paste.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice: You can use a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
- Cold Brew Coffee: You can use a cold brew concentrate and mix with water or you can make coffee and refrigerate until cold.
How to make pumpkin cold foam recipe
- Combine whipping cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla.
- Use handheld milk frother (or whisk) until fluffy and thick.
- Fill glass with ice and cold brew coffee.
- Top with pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
Thickness: If you prefer a “foamier” lighter cold foam, you can alter ratio of heavy cream to milk. Increase the amount of regular milk and decrease heavy cream accordingly. If you prefer a more creamy think cold foam, omit the milk and just use heavy cream.

- ¼ cup heavy cream or heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon 2% milk or alternative milk (see notes)

- 1 cup cold brew coffee
Instructions
