Let me start by saying, I have never met a charcuterie board I didn’t like. When I saw the newest viral TikTok trend, the butter board, I was STOKED!
This butter board charcuterie is an amazing option so you don’t have to serve every single accoutrement separately or worse, manually assemble each piece for your party. You get the best of both worlds!
You can make your board ahead of time and refrigerate. Allow enough time for butter to come to room temperature so everything is dip-able/spreadable for your party.
Hand me a wooden board and let the food creativity go wild, yes please. Serve with your favorite bread, a butter knife and no double dipping!
Food influencer Justine Doiron (Justine Snacks) posted about the board in a TikTok video and the internet has gone crazy.
Justine credits her inspiration to Joshua McFadden who wrote about the concept in his book “Six Seasons: A New Way with Vegetables” which described a flower and herb butter presentation.
