Swordfish steak marinade
My favorite marinade for steak, chicken and seafood is this Asian marinade. Packed with ginger, garlic, sweet and spicy – it is the perfect compliment to a meaty swordfish steak!
What to serve with swordfish
I love to serve swordfish with air fryer sweet potatoes or air fryer diced potatoes. Freshly cooked green beans or best roasted asparagus are the perfect veggie sides.
Frozen swordfish in air fryer
Cooking frozen swordfish steaks is not as difficult as you might think! The most important part is to make sure that you cook your swordfish to an internal temp of 145 degrees.
FDA recommends cooking finfish to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. Times will depending on the size and thickness of your swordfish steaks.
FDA recommends: “When a food thermometer is not available or appropriate, follow these tips to determine when seafood is done: Cook fish until it’s opaque (milky white) and flakes with a fork.”
