Instructions

How to Make Spicy Salmon

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 400° F.
  • Cut salmon into ½ inch uniform cubes. Be sure to remove any pin bones from the salmon and remove the blood line (dark brown strip on salmon).
  • Prepare spicy salmon marinade by mixing garlic, ginger (optional), soy sauce, brown sugar, sriracha and hot chili oil.
  • Mix salmon and spicy salmon marinade in small bowl. Optionally, you can marinate for 5-10 minutes for increased flavor.
  • Spread salmon evenly in one layer on oven baking sheet or in air fryer basket.
  • Cook in oven or air fryer on 400° F for 5-6 minutes or until salmon is fully cooked. Note: Air fryer tends to cook slightly faster than oven.

Spicy Salmon Bowl

  • Place cooked white or brown rice in bowl.
  • In bowl, arrange vegetables of choice such as carrot, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, edamame, red onion and/or jalapeno.
  • Top with spicy salmon.
  • Drizzle with dressing of choice as desired.
  • Top with optional white or black sesame seeds and/or furikake seasoning.
