Instructions
Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Cut raw potatoes into small cubes (approx. ½ inch).
In small bowl, mix diced potatoes with olive oil and seasonings of choice until thoroughly coated.
Place diced potato cubes in fryer basket and spread evenly. Do not overfill basket. Diced potatoes should not overlap.
Cook for approximately 8-10 minutes on 400°F (shake basket halfway).
Depending on your air fryer, the size of your fryer basket and amount of diced potato cubes in the basket, you can cook for an additional 1 minutes until you reach your desired level of crispness for your air fryer diced potatoes.
