In case you haven’t noticed, the no alcohol sober-curious movement has EXPLODED and I am here for it! Don’t get me wrong, I love a good cocktail. However, you cannot deny how good you feel with better sleep, more energy and less brain fog.
Interestingly, the World Health Organization published a statement in 2023 indicating that no level of alcohol consumption is safe for our health so this seems to be a trend in the right direction. Whatever your reason for checking out some alternative beverage options, I love this for you and hope to provide you with some amazing no alcohol alternatives.

Everything on this list has been vetted and we are only recommending products that we have tried and love. That means we did leave many product options off our list. We won’t name names because brands work exceptionally hard to create great products, they just might not be a fit based on our personal opinion.

If you are looking for a delightful non-alcoholic sparkling wine, Jøyus is an excellent choice! One of our favorites was the Jøyus Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine which was refreshingly crisp and effervescent, slightly tart and fruity, with the perfect touch of sweetness. The quality of the entire Jøyus product line was excellent and we highly recommend!
Misty Cliffs
Crafted for wine lovers, Misty Cliffs pure, additive-free zero proof wines capture the essence of the vine with authentic flavors and fewer calories. A refined indulgence you can savor guilt-free. While the lineup was spectacular, a couple favorites we loved were:
- Misty Cliffs Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot: A smooth & balanced red with a beautiful tannin structure. Ruby-red in color. The nose shows red cherry and blackcurrant from the Cabernet Sauvignon, with hints of mulberry from the Merlot.
- Misty Cliffs Rosé: Swirling with strawberry aromas and beautiful acidity. Light salmon pink in color. The nose shows orange blossom. The palate shows beautiful strawberry and floral notes, with a light sweetness on the finish.

Athletic Brewing Company made us stop in our tracks! As one of the largest and most decorated non-alcoholic breweries in America, Athletic is revolutionizing how modern adults drink by crafting game-changing NA beer that can be consumed anytime and anywhere. Launched in 2018, Athletic is now the number one non-alcoholic beer brand in America and a top 20 U.S. brewing company.
Grüvi is coming in strong as both a favorite for N/A wine and beer. You can grab the Grüvi Non-Alcoholic Beer Variety Pack on Amazon or directly through the Grüvi website which features Mocha Nitro Stout, Juicy IPA and Golden Lager. While we loved all three, the Juicy IPA was outstandingly crisp, slightly fruity and hop forward making it the perfect N/A IPA option.
Hoppy Mood (by Founders Brewing Co.)
Founders Brewing Co. really knows their way around an excellent beer, even a non-alcoholic version! Hoppy Mood is a sparkling hop water that is crisp, hoppy and super balanced. It tasted very similar to a beer but arguably even better with Zero alcohol. Zero calories. Zero Carbs. Zero Sugar. Really impressive. If you want to come home and unwind with a refreshing drink, this is a daily drinker for sure!
Hop WTR
HOP WTR is a non-alcoholic sparkling hop water that is light, refreshing and balances the perfect amount of hoppiness. In addition to the original, they offer a variety of flavors including Blood Orange, Mango Lime (and more) which were all delightful. If you are looking for something to enjoy on a hot day, hanging in the backyard or poolside, this is a great option!
Mocktail Mixers and Ready-To-Drink Spirits
Ghia
Ghia’s non-alcoholic apéritifs are crafted with pure, thoughtfully sourced ingredients—no alcohol, no added sugar, and no artificial flavors. Three Spirit
Three Spirit drinks are a winner for both feeling and flavor! By combining active plants, Three Spirit non-alcoholic drinks offers a curated mood-making bundle which stimulates the palate, mind and body – before, during and after the party. One of our favorites is the Social Elixir which brings bright, dry spices on the nose lead to rich, complex dark apple and cacao notes. It is delightful as a standalone sipper or mixed with ginger ale or seltzer water.
Simple Times Mixers
Simple Times Mixers are the perfect choice to make your perfect mocktail that is both healthy and delicious! With no artificial flavors, colors, sweeteners preservatives or concentrates, this was one of our top favorites for unadulterated drinkable bliss (we loved the Strawberry Sage Margarita)! We don’t like to pick favorites in a very tight race but alas, we must: CANN was our top contender with cans available in 1mg, 2mg, 5mg and 10mg THC doses, as well as 2mg “roadies” in a mini pouch perfect for on-the-go.
Where CANN really shines is flavor and taste. Many cannabis beverages can be notoriously bitter but CANN was delightfully drinkable. Plus, they offer super unique flavors such as Blood Orange Cardamom, Grapefruit Rosemary, Lemon Lavender and Yuzu Elderflower.
WANA
Stop here for exquisite sparkling, hemp-derived drinks made with real fruit juice and functional cannabinoids from WANA. Move over beer, wine, and spirits, hemp/thc-infused drinks offer a buzz without the morning-after headaches, lifting your mood and sparking creativity.

Plus, we had to sneak in these INCREDIBLE salted THC caramels. These comfortably sit in the top tier of quality salted caramels, so please don’t make a mistake and eat too many as they do contain THC!

If you are looking for a no alcohol pre-mixed beverage with cannabis, Flyers Cocktail Company is an excellent option! The Margarita and Old Fashioned had excellent flavor profiles and were delightfully drinkable.
