4 large chicken breasts (cut lengthwise into 2 smaller thinner (flat) pieces) 3 tablespoons oil (vegetable, canola, olive oil) 1-2 tablespoons seasoning of choice
Slice chicken breasts lengthwise into 2 smaller, thinner (flat) pieces.
Rub chicken breasts with oil on each side. Sprinkle seasonings of choice evenly over both sides of chicken breasts.
Heat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Generously oil Blackstone griddle. Use oil squeeze bottle or Blackstone spatula to spread.
Place the filleted chicken breasts on the griddle.
Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side (flipping halfway) until the chicken breasts reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Remove chicken from griddle and allow to rest 5 minutes. Enjoy!
