Baileys Irish Cream might bring to mind a White Russian, Mudslide or THE MACKENZIE! This creamy Baileys drink includes amaretto and vodka making the perfect dessert cocktail.

On a dark and misty night among friends…it was exclaimed – “Aubrey! Make me a cocktail!” And so I embarked, Chopped-style, to make a delicious cocktail out of what I could find in the house. Apparently, it was a hit! ❤️

• 2% milk

I must admit, it is hard to choose the best Baileys recipes because there are truly so many amazing ones! However, some of my favorites include a Baileys Mudslide, Bailey’s White Russian Recipe, Baileys Chocolate Martini, Bailey’s Martini (Baileys and Vodka), Baileys Chocolate Cherry and Baileys and Coke.

How to Make this Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 Oz Vodka
• 2 Oz Bailey’s Irish Cream Or any Irish cream of your choice
• ¾ Oz Amaretto
• 4 Oz Soy milk (sweetened)

Instructions

• Shake well with lots of ice and pour into martini glass – because that’s just sexy!
• The above oz amounts are RATIOS. So for example, if the cap on your martini shaker is x-oz, you can use the ratio. It might make a little more or less. Whatever is easier for you!
