    Ingredients

    • Ice
    • Espresso: Freshly brewed espresso will give you the best espresso flavor. However, in a pinch, you can use coffee. If you use coffee, you might consider using espresso vodka to bump up the espresso flavor.

    • Vodka: Any brand of vodka will work for this espresso martini with Baileys recipe. You can also try espresso vodka or vanilla vodka.
    • Kahlua: Kahlua is perfect in this recipe. You can also use other coffee liqueurs such as Mr. Black Coffee Liqueur.
    • Garnish (Optional): Coat martini glass rim and/or inside of martini glass with chocolate syrup. Dip rim in cocoa powder, crushed espresso beans, espresso powder or crushed chocolate. Sprinkle with powder sugar or cocoa powder.

    Espresso vodka recipes

An espresso martini is one of the quintessential espresso vodka recipes. While an espresso martini can be made with regular vodka, using flavored espresso vodka can really give it an edge.

Adding Bailey’s and Kahlua is one of my favorite ways to give my espresso martini an edge above the rest.

Other great espresso vodka recipes include an espresso vodka martini, espresso vodka chocolate martini and an espresso vodka and white chocolate liqueur martini.

    Gin espresso martini

If you want to make a gin espresso martini, simply use gin instead of vodka. I recommend using a gin that is more neutral in flavor as some gins can be very floral or juniper forward.
