    • You can make this resturant style salsa as a mild salsa recipes or a spicy salsa recipe, depending on your audience.

Is hand chopping your tomatoes, onions and cilantro better than food processor salsa?

Not necessarily. I think it really comes down to personal preference and time. If you want a more chunky salsa and you have a little extra time, you can hand chop everything. If you are feeling like a more smooth salsa and want to whip it up quickly, toss it in the food processor and it is still super delicious. Depending on your audience, this salsa recipe can be easily modified as mild salsa recipe or a spicy salsa recipe.

    What is restaurant style salsa?

That definition can vary widely. However, typically restaurant salsa is a freshly made salsa versus the kind that you would but in a jar at the grocery store. The base for most easy homemade salsa recipes will be tomato, onion and cilantro.

What to do with my leftover cilantro and jalapeno?

I have the perfect recipe for you! I am not one to waste food and sometimes after making a big batch of salsa, I am left with a bunch of cilantro and jalapeno. Enter, Zhoug, a spicy cilantro jalapeno sauce or condiment popular throughout the Middle East. It is great on eggs, meat, seafood and veggies!
