    Need a carrot cake fix and need it quick! You will love this easy no bake truffle recipe. Only a few ingredients needed and you will be relaxing and enjoying this delicious dessert.

    How to make this Recipe

    INGREDIENTS

    • 12 Carrot Cake Oreos (24 Oreos in 1 box)
    • 3 oz cream cheese
    • 6 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Chips

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In food processor, combine 3 oz cream cheese and 12 Carrot Cake Oreos.
    2. Roll into truffle size balls and place on baking sheet.
    3. Freeze for approximately 1 hour (overnight is fine).
    4. Melt Ghirardelli White Chocolate Baking Chips.
    5. Dip truffles in white chocolate until fully coated.
    6. Enjoy!
