How to make Ninja Creami strawberry ice cream
Make Base
- Place the pint on a level surface (you do not want ingredients to freeze at an angle as this will cause problems with spinning).
- Combine any base ingredients (use medium bowl if many ingredients).
Freeze
- Pour base into an empty CREAMi® Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
Process in Ninja Creami
- Remove pint from freezer, remove lid from pint and blend in Ninja CREAMi.
- Select the program that matches your base: ICE CREAM, GELATO or LITE ICE CREAM.
- Remix 1-2 additional times as necessary. Can add splash of liquid if too thick.
Add Mix-Ins
- With a spoon, create a 1½ -inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add your mix-ins to the hole in the pint.
- Press MIX-IN program or hand stir in mix ins if preferred.

Dairy Free Substitutes: Use vegan cream cheese for cream cheese, unsweetened coconut cream for heavy cream, and unsweetened oat milk for whole milk. Whisk the coconut cream until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients.

- 1 Strawberry Fairlife Protein Shake (11.5 oz) *** Protein Shake Substitute: Can also use Fairlife Milk or other dairy or non-dairy milk of choice plus protein powder of choice.
- ¼ teaspoon guar gum
Ninja Creami Strawberry Banana
- 1 Strawberry Fairlife Protein Shake (11.5 oz)
- 1½ tablespoon banana pudding mix (regular or sugar free)
- 1 tablespoon Mix-in: Freeze fried or fresh strawberries
