- Sugar: White granulated sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- All Purpose Flour: Heat treated.
- Milk: Regular milk (fat free, 1%, 2%, whole) or any alternative milk such as soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, pea milk, coconut milk or macadamia nut milk.
- Mix-In Toppings: Sprinkles or other optional mix-in toppings.

- In a mixing bowl, mix butter, sugar and vanilla extract together until thoroughly combined.
- Slowly mix in the heat-treated flour.
- Add milk (use additional if needed) until desired cookie dough consistency is achieved.

Heat Treated Flour: It is best to purchase flour that has already been heat treated. Alternatively, you can heat treat in the microwave. Heat for 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the temperature of the flour reaches 160 F (approximately 2-3 minutes).
